Hello. The process was easy to select an appointment time, do check-in, and the text messaging was helpful. I was able to check-in by text once I arrived and the health care professional called me in right away. ProviderJ was very thorough, caring, and informative. She prescribed a couple of things which are already helping me feel better.
The LPN and PA that treated me were outstanding. Friendly and professional. There was no wait and I was taken exactly at my appointment time. The staff was communicative and very caring. I would absolutely use them again
This visit was so quick and easy. I arrived early and the provider saw me early which was great. The only problem I had was that my follow up appt for a test was booked on a holiday, so they called me the next day to reschedule, so I had to book the follow up at a different minute clinic. Overall wonderful!
The process was fast & efficient. The check in nurse and practitioner The Provider were both so compassionate and personable. The Provider really made me feel like she cared for my ongoing heath and she did not rush through my appointment.
The NP was very kind. Appointment was on time.
