Excellent customer service
Extremely easy to schedule an appointment and the doctor was very pleasant and helpful.
I was sick for a week so finally found out that CVS MinuteClinic was my my insurance plan so I booked an appointment at 6 AM and I got in at 8 o’clock the same day. The nurse practitioner was awesome. Listen to me explained what was wrong with me prescribed the right medication and the pharmacy staff was awesome. I enjoy going there now that I know MediClinic is part of my insurance plan. I’ll go more often when I need it. Thank you.
I was attended to immediately. The practitioner verified that the appointment scheduling system had worked correctly, examined me thoroughly, answered all my questions, and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. The treatment was very effective.

The video thing is weird….. the provider that I saw was not very welcoming or professional, calling other patients in the waiting area “bro and man” making it feel like because I wasn’t his age and gender I wasn’t worth his time
