The Provider is so sweet and made my visit go by smoothly. She was very informative, and addressed my concerns. Thank you for caring!
It was easy to just walk in, sign up at kiosk, and be put on the waiting list. There were two others there when I signed in and it still went very quickly. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the courtesy and respect shown. I will definitely try to use this clinic again.
The nurse did a great job cleaning the earwax out.
The Provider saw me right at my appointment time. She was caring, compassionate & knowlegable.
10 minutes per patient is very easy to get behind. You should also be able to get 2 things done in one visit vs keep coming back. Example get my tb skin test read and get my physical done why do I need to make 3 separate appointments. One to get tb, one to have it read, one for a physical, it’s super time consuming and seems like you just want more $. The LPN was nice.
The Provider showed great attention to ensure our whole family was taken care of.
The NP was wonderful. Showed real interest in my history and current meds. She'd be a fantastic regular doc if I didn't already have a primary.
Appt scheduled, checked in on time. Still had long wait time. Provider insisted my other young child wear a mask in room and when told she would likely not leave it on because she is barely 2 , was told to figure it out and keep it on. Provider was rude throughout visit as well.
