The physician said CVS will not allow use of more than one insurance. I have Medicare and a part G supplement that covers the 20% that Medicare does not. She was unable to input the supplement so 20% of my visit is out of pocket. This is stupid on your part and I will never use the minute clinic again unless this is corrected.
Friendly, approachable staff. Little wait time. Answered all my questions, didn't seem to be in a rush to get me out the door.

The check in was a bit challenging as I kept getting an error from the app. So I was rushing to try and complete the check in and also answering questions from practioner. Also, the exam room seemed unkept (e.g., trash overflowing, equipment not organized and strewn on counter, etc.)
I would like to say, that is better to schedule an appointment to be seen. It is faster and easier to schedule an appointment. Once you are seen by the practitioner, who is very nice, helpful, and patient, everything just flows smoothly and you are done, leaving with your prescribed medication since the CVS pharmacy is also there. Would greatly recommend.
The NP that assisted me was wonderful! She really took time to listen to me and my concerns.
