Professional, well organized service. I would suggest that the CVS on Towne Lake clarify which of three choices a client should choose when showing up for a scheduled vaccination. There is 1) a check-in area with computer screens, 2) a separate entrance to the Minute Clinic suite, and 3) the pharmacy. #2 has a sign stating this is the place for vaccinations. But the RN appeared out of #1. Clear directions, please.
The RN (Suzanna) was tremendous. Friendly and helpful.
The nurse practitioner who assisted me was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
My provider was great! Very timely, respectful, and helpful!
Would be nice if they had an x-ray machine, as the doctor was concern that I might of had pneumonia, but could not tell with out an x-ray.
My wife and I had appointments at the beginning of the day and we know that there are strict rules about being on time and prompt but then had to wait over 30 minutes for our appointment. It feels like it is trying to be a doctors office with appointments but then allows walk ins like an urgent care so it leaves the patients torn on what will actually happen.
THE LADY WAS VERY NICE AND MY ME FEEL AT EASE.
This was a pleasant experience. They service was available exactly on time. The practitioner was professional, pleasant and quite efficient. She was also quite throrough and clearly explained the rationale behind her decisions.
I am 24 weeks pregnant with a history of pneumonia. I tested positive for the flu and was only prescribed tamiflu and an inhaler. I was wheezing and coughing. I had to go to the ER for antibiotics.
