A Professional Man who is very Caring & I would recommend in a heartbeat to any in pain patient!
I was not called in a reasonable time to tell me what my culture was in my urine. I was told I would be called Friday and I wasn’t called till Saturday. I had already gone to another care provider because I was getting quite ill.
It should be clarified that if you take the walk in appointment, anyone who grabs an appointment time, even if you are there first will be seen before you. We also waited about an hour to pick up our prescription a z-pack that should have taken about 5 min to process. Priority should be given to minute clinic patients on prescriptions
The staff was welcoming and the space was inviting! I ussualy have doctor anxiety but the Trisha made me feel calm and at easy. She listend when I spoke and gave me the correct support and medications and I am already starting to feeling better!
I love the convenience of the minute clinic but defeats the purpose when a client has an appointment and there’s a 45 minute wait and other customers complaining about the same. Should hire 2 doctors as there are 2 offices but only 1 occupied
I thought the service was good.
We made an appointment for 8:10AM to avoid my son missing too much school. Checked in on the kiosk prior to 8:10AM, did not get called back until 8:41AM and that was after I found someone at the pharmacy to help go find someone to perform the appointment
This is my only urgent care available on Sunday. The electricity had gone out the day before for 4 hours and still I had wonderful service. The Medical Personel was one of the nicest, most efficient medical personel I have experienced in years. It was easy, fast, and I was pleased. It is easier than going to my regular doctor!

I made an appointment for 9:30 and didn’t get in until 10:00. After realizing you only had one physician on site it didn’t bother me as much.
