The Provider the NP who saw me was kind, informative, professional and caring. My only complaint is the online way you have to maneuver to get an appointment. I’m 78 and that was difficult for me.
She did a great job!
You used to have a nurse doing all of the preliminary work which made the process much faster and left the providers time to focus on our health rather than paperwork. It was better that way.

Appointment times are merely a suggestion and mean nothing. I feel that there should be more than one person working in the clinic, if not seeing patients atleast doing the triage/chart creation so the person doing the exam doesn’t have to waste so much time with the admin stuff and can diagnose and treat patients and send them on their way. Time spent per patient prior to me(and there were only 2) was over a half hour each.
Got in quickly and out. The NP was very professional.
We had a delay in getting a prescription because when it got to the pharmacy on that Sunday there was a contradiction with another drug my husband was taking. Because the pharmacist had no direct number to the clinic I had to run the pharmacist phone number back to the clinic. The provider had to check with the doc that oversaw his work. So instead of starting his COVID medication on Sunday we had to wait for him to start it on Tuesday.
It’s nice to have timelymedical assistance when you need it on the weekend.

I was so miserable when I came in. The sign up was easy. My wait was short. I walked into a fully stocked clinic room. The Provider-[...] was very reassuring, thorough, and answered all my questions. She was so friendly and put me at ease. She sent my prescription to The Provider. It was easy!
