The nurse practioner, The Provider, was empowered, knowledgeable, very pleasant.
The Provider was very good at listening to me and explaining how bad a UTI is by tapping my tummy and back and listing symptoms. She was excellent!

The day before, I tried to make an appointment online. The app said that walk-ins were absolutely fine. So I drove to the location and use the kiosk to set my walk-in appointment. I sat there for 40 minutes until it was revealed that walk-ins were basically a standby list. You should not allow people to check in at the kiosk if there aren't actually any appointments available.
The nurse practitioner was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Wait time was minimal and The Provider answered all my questions.
