The nurse practitioner was excellent. She listened to me, Understood my concerns, And provided valuable treatment.
I do like CVS MinuteClinic the only thing I don’t like is that I scheduled an appointment for 12 o’clock and three other patients were also scheduled for that same time frame so I ended up having to wait 1 hour to be seen which was my lunch break. I ended up being a total of 2 hours late returning back to work.
Excellent service by nurse practitioner. Fast and efficient.
Not sure the Covid 19 vaccination info provided by practitioner was correct. He stated that I could not get a Covid vaccination even though I am over 65 and it had been over 6 months sine my last Covid vaccination.
Friendly, informative, quick
Sign on process b clunky esp for overseas visitors. That’s the main complaint, just getting to an appointment or registration process. Frankly impossible with overseas address and phone number. The doctor was excellent once she found me nearly in tears and stressed out at the kiosk.
Care provider was professional and very kind.
It was an outstanding visit! I am impressed and over the moon with the entire experience. It was definitely a 12 out of 10!
