Making an appt was easy and seamless, we didn’t have much of a wait at all and the provider was great!

She did a great job. It was at the end of her day but she stayed and explained everything patiently. Very awesome!

I scheduled the walking appointment online for that day’s afternoon after work. I competed and uploaded all the information thinking that by doing that my check-in would be smooth and I could just get in and out to rest for rest of the day. I arrived a little bit earlier than what CVS asked. When my appointment time came, a couple was seen before me, a lady that came after me complained about the waiting, not sure what the doctor told her as I was dealing with my pain. After the couple came out, the doctor told the woman to come in; I told to the doctor that I had an appointment (it was already 20 minutes after my appointment and 40 minutes waiting). The doctor told me to wait or schedule an appointment elsewhere, by then it was 4 p.m. on a Friday afternoon where we had tornado watching in effect. So, I had no other option than to wait. When the doctor finally sow me, it was hard for me to talk, but I guess she thought that I didn’t want to talk, and told me that if I didn’t want to been seen that I could leave and look elsewhere. I told her that my tonsils were swollen and it was hard for me to talk. At the end I got over charged, and asked why I was been changed more than what I am used to pay for walk-in clinics. Her answer was that I could be paying hundreds if I didn’t have insurance; she gave me the receipt and told me to talk to customer service to ask for a refund. I have been going to CVS walk-in clinics for years, and this experience was awful. It made me feel like the online made me feel that the online scheduling was a waste of time.
