The Provider made my visit incredible! Her breadth of knowledge and care made for a very helpful visit!
The Provider was very friend and professional.
The doctor that i meet with was amazing. She really knew her stuff and was very helpful.
The day before, I tried to make an appointment online. The app said that walk-ins were absolutely fine. So I drove to the location and use the kiosk to set my walk-in appointment. I sat there for 40 minutes until it was revealed that walk-ins were basically a standby list. You should not allow people to check in at the kiosk if there aren't actually any appointments available.
The nurse practitioner was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Wait time was minimal and The Provider answered all my questions.
I got an appointment and arrived 5 minutes before my appointment but still had to wait 5-10 minutes to be seen. When you don’t feel well that seems like an eternity. The doctor took an extensive history which really wasn’t necessary as I had a persistent cough and in general I felt weak, and tired. After the examination the doctor told I needed to go to another urgent care that has an x-ray capability to rule out pneumonia.
The Provider-[...] is a wonderful caregiver. She is intelligent, knowledgeable, and extremely compassionate. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly.
The nurse practitioner was very nice and knowledgeable!
I appreciated that the NP came out and guided me through the prescription recommendation.
