My daughter needed a pre employment medical evaluation for a new daycare job and Minute Clinic was one of the few places that would do a childcare employment evaluation. We got there and we were seen immediately after checking in. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

I was in and out super quick

I am so grateful to Minute Clinic and wish there were more convenient locations.

Pretty easy to make an appointment online. My insurance card would not upload to the site. They did not seem to be busy. I would not say that your provider is the most friendly person. She did her job although asking me about every other medication and things was unnecessary in my opinion! They do not seem to have rapid access to consulting others if they need to. Which led to me being there longer than necessary. They are not my first choice for health care. Since I had a target pick up anyway, I decided to go there.

First visit took 30 minutes just to get a flu shot, practitioner took an unreasonable amount of time to ask bacground medical history and was very slow through the process of printing documents and booking my next appointment. Second visit I waited over an hour after my booked appointment time and was never seen, I left to go somewhere else.

The visit started within a reasonable time. The nurse was friendly and kind and immediately diagnosed my issue, and then responded to an additional unrelated question when asked.

Wait time too long

I have a 1230pm appt for vax. Arrived 1210, no one waiting, nurse was on pc in exam room. At 1225 another patient arrived. At 1235 that pt was taken for what seemed to be general med. I was taken at 105pm. Nurse said all my meds/vitamins had to be gone thru before she could give me the Covid booster. When the pharmacy used to give these shots, they were done timely without a lot of admin work. I finished at 130pm. MINUTE Clinic. No, not by a long shot.

NP on site was very engaging and helpful. We are also very pleased that the line wasn't excessively long.

I waited almost an hour for a 10 minute appointment. Please allow more time per appointment so the wait times decrease. It is extremely inconvenient to show up early for an appointment as that’s what I was directed to do, and still have to wait 50 minutes past the appointment time. I also watched the provider come out of the room with gloves on, touch door handles, her keys and equipment and then go back into the room with a patient.
