I have been a CVS customer for more than 30 years at the Sheldon Rd and Ann Arbor Rd location. I just switched to the pharmacy at the Sheldon Rd and Five Mile Rd location and used the MinuteClinic, because I was having problems finding an Urgent Care in the area. This pharmacy has an urgent care, Bonus! What an Awesome experience! The Dr who treated me was so kind and went out of her way to devote time for my case! She took care of everything, had the pharmacy fill a prescription she wrote for me and had my account transferred from Plymouth to the Northville location. This CVS is so much better than the Plymouth location, it feels brand new! This CVS store and pharmacy are much newer and nicer! I cannot find the Doctor's name, but she was Great please recognize and Thank her for me! I look forward to working with you! Thank you!

I had my Dr. call in a prescription for B12 shots. I left a message had the pharmacy call me so I could confirm that I would be able to receive the injection at CVS. I was told by the person who called me that they would administer the injection. I asked her if I just make an appointment with the clinic and she said yes. I arrived for my appointment and the Dr. at the Clinic told me they were separate and she could not administer the injection that the pharmacy was holding for me as something may happen to in the 10 seconds it would take to walk across the store. She would need the prescription and use "their" medicine. Since the prescription was called in, I had to pick up the B12 and pay for it to get the prescription to walk back over to the "Clinic" to give the Dr. the script. During the visit, I was told the cost would be another $14 or so for the medicine (after the $14 or so that I paid to get the script in hand). I said, fine, even though I was told I could pick up the script and get it injected. Then I was told it was $43. What was I to do? I had to pay it. I have two more weeks where I need to get this injection and CVS is obviously not the place to do it. Very disappointing because I specifically asked if this was possible to do. Now what???
