Overall professional service was outstanding.
The PA was efficient, timely, pleasant and explained everything to me clearly.
The NP did not clean my father's ears to our satisfaction. He said one ear did not need cleaning at all and only cleaned one ear. We went from his office to the audiologist and she had to further clean his ears and removed quite a bit of wax from both ears. We won't go back to the clinic any longer.
I had a last minute emergency treatment that I really needed and the process was so quick and easy and comfortable. Honestly a life saver!
