Very satisfied with the Nurse Practicioner.
Staff were very kind and thorough!
Was able to be seen in a timely manner but the check-in process on phone was cumbersome. From answering questions to uploading insurance card. Once in room with Dr some of the same questions were asked and took insurance cards to scan. Which seems redundant. Also, two other people were trying to check-in on screen in waiting area and were having a difficult time. Not sure what the answer is but seems that the process should be easier. Thinking about someone coming in not feeling the best and have to go through all the techy process can be quite frustrating.
I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly, and the clinician was excellent.
Staff was thorough and friendly. Service was quick and convenient.

The Minute Clinic physician on Monday morning, May 11, at CVS Pharmacy in Apple Valley was very good -- attentive, answered my questions honestly, helped me find recommended prescription with the right dosage. I would definitely go to this Minute Clinic again.

I received good care, but the price for the service I received was ridiculous! I guess thats the problem with medical costs in the US
