I came in with extreme throat pain. Did a strep test came back negative told the nurse that anytime I have strep I test negative. I asked her if they could do my flu and Covid test again and she refused and said that wouldn’t change the way she is treating me. I drove 45 minutes to hopefully get some answers and leaving with nothing to help me I feel like it was a waste of my time.
Very good experience. The Provider was very professional and still nice to talk with.
Was given antibiotics without really providing an explanation of what could be causing symptoms. Didn’t do tests either so a little unsure of what I had
The nurse practitioner was awesome! The best one that I have had at an CVS minute clinic. I usually go the the North location in Blue Springs. This time I went to the South location. Although I am still coughing a lot, so the medicine that I am on is not working.
I have used CVS MinuteClinic over the past years and have always had great success in making the appointment and then being on time to get me in. Even a few years back I was told I needed to go to the emergency room and I trust the employees to always give me great advice. I do have left there with the prescription in hand once as I was heading to Florida and had great results and feeling better.
The provider who saw my son was knowledgeable, kind and listened. She took her time with him but was still efficient. We were in and out with script in hand within 30-40 minutes.
Girl/Dr was good and knowledgeable
I was seen by the time I was scheduled, may of been a couple of minutes early. The NP was very nice and listened to what I had to say.
I was experiencing hearing loss & ear pain for about a week. After scheduling an appointment online, I saw The Provider the following day. She examined my ears & immediately found the problem. I had an ear-bud piece enlodged deep in my ear. A few minutes late she was able to use a tool to remove the piece from my ear.
