Both nurses were very sweet and made me feel very comfortable. They got me in early and I was out of there quickly.
Everything to do with the practitioner was excellent! The restroom of the CVS had poop on the toilet seat and blood on the floor one of the most disgusting bathrooms I’ve ever been in!
Convenience and one stop shop to pick of meds at the pharmacy. Staff - fast and efficient and provided a great level of customer service!
The staff was pleasant and caring. I got in at my appointment time and was done in a very reasonable amount of time.
I find the clinic very helpful and cheerful even when I’m not feeling my best. My questions are answered in a caring manner. I’ve never had an issue with staff.
Clinic Dr was personal and understandable answers plus quick diagnosis with at home follow up care.
I had wax removed from my ear. I had bee to an ear Dr then he was unable to remove the wax out of my left ear. I was putting baby oil in it and was to go back later, but not until 21 April and I didn’t want to wait that long so I called Costco, who I get my hearing aids from and ask them if they have a recommendation and they referred me to CVS and I was very very, very pleased. I will return in January to have my ears cleaned
The doctor was fantastic. After my insurance, I hope the cost will be reasonable. I picked up the meds at CVS within 10 minutes. Everything worked like clockwork very very, very very knowledgeable doctor/nurse practitioner.
It can be frustrating when you are in pain, have the second appointment but have to wait for an hour before being seen. Also being told that the doctor may not be able to help you when you double checked that the service you need is provided.
