My experience was excellent! The Provider was kind, thorough, helpful (even pointing out the OTC suggestions in the store), and medically professional. I felt as though I was in my doctor's office. She asked questions about symptoms, history, preferences and future preventive care.
The NP was very attentive and kind regarding my situation and wanted to help me resolve my respiratory illness.
The provider was very helpful, efficient and addressed all of my issues.
I went to the Minute Clinic last weekend and was told that what I had was probably viral and that I would just have to wear it out. I purchased additional OTC items and came home. I missed Monday and Tuesday at work but went back Wednesday because I'm a leader on the team and can't afford to miss that many days. It is now the weekend again and the illness has settled in my ear and developed into a sinus infection, and I honestly need to see a clinician (again). It would have been nice to be treated the first time I went considering you charged me over $150. Rest assured, I won't be back, and I'm sure I'll pay dearly for not going to one of Aetna CVS's locations. Not worth staying sick!

I just wnated my vaccine records to see if my tetanus was up to date. I was there at 830 before anyone and The Provider took me right in wiht no appt, looked up my records, found it wa snot up to date and gave me the shot. So fast, effiicnt and courteous.
