I would go for a 10, but the lengthy process the specialist had to go through to before actually administering the shots seemed unnecessary. When I was a child and when I was in the military and when I received COVID vaccinations and even preventative vax with my PCP, I never had to wait as a very long checklist was filled out in a computer system.
NP was very through and considerate
Providerle was very thorough and offered good advice. She determined from my records that the tetanus shot needed updating. Overall, I was very pleased with her.

Great, professional experience! NP was wonderful to talk to.
The time that I have with the doctor is too short. Especially when she has to call the VA to get prior approval. Also I ended up seeing an eye doctor, 2nd opinion who told me that it's a a chalazion, which requires just hot presses or lansing. It's not a stye due to bacterial infection and therefore, antibiotics doesn't really work with it much. I do like that.I can go there and fill it to the v a and get my meds charged through the v.A but the time frame in which I have to work with the doctor is just way too short.
My experience there was one of the best that I have had so far at any clinic.
I received excellent care from The Provider. She was able to get me in immediately & explained my illness thoroughly.
Easy to make an appointment on line. Did not have to wait past my scheduled time.
