In and out quickly. Professional
I think the doctor was very knowledgeable. Very polite took his time with me and I explained everything to him and he treated me well.
Both staff were very friendly, and put me at ease.
The attending nurse was very attentive, listened to my concerns and came up with a rapid response. He was very professional and made my visit confidential and comfortable. He answered all questions I had.
I walked in made my appointment. I only waited 15 minutes before I was seen. He was very thorough. Very helpful answered all my questions and I love feeling confident, but I was going to get better.
I enjoyed how I didnt have to wait in line and was able to be seen as soon as my appointment. The doctor was very nice and explained everything to my understanding. I'd highly recommend dr blank and this office. Thank you!
Nurse practitioner The Provider was very helpful. The hardest and longest part was the VA benefits as usual.
The doctor was very accurate in his assessment of my critical eye problem. He knew I needed to see an eye specialist immediately that was beyond the scope of CVS. He went beyond his job and not only offered, but made phone calls to a local optometrist to guarantee I could be seen immediately that day in case my own eye doctor had no openings. It was clear he cared deeply and was not going to let me go any longer than possible to get the exact Treatment I needed. That’s awesome care and he’s a great human being.
The Provider was thorough amd he did a wonderful job making me feel comfortable amd making sure I had all the information to assist with my recovery.
