When I arrived the check in screen wasn't working so I asked someone how to check in. She said she would try to restart it but just to check in online. By this time another patient arrived and we both checked in online. Apparently she was faster as they saw her first while I waited an additional 35 minutes to be seen. There was also about 15 minutes that elapsed between the person before me leaving and me being seen (no apprarent urgency). When I think minute clinic, I don't think about having to wait almost an hour to be seen with no line of people before me.

I took my son to the Minute Clinic on Sunday for a strep test. Providerrep was negative. The provider checked his hears, which she said were clear. Less than 24 hours later we were at another doctor that diagnosed him with an ear infection. What a wasted trip and now I have to pay you guys and someone else who was able to properly diagnose him. I’m pretty upset over the whole thing. My 16yo was crying in pain on Monday. This could have been prevented.
