The Provider did a great job. Knowledgeable and kind. I felt like I was in good hands. The employee that checked me in did a great job too. I will definitely go back there if I need to see someone.
The Provider did a wonderful job
Both The Provider (the intake person) as well as [...] (the NP) were kind, thorough, respectful, caring and explained everything, I felt very comfortable and confident with each of them. The best part is that The Provider’s recommendations for Flonase, lots of liquids and rest have made a tremendous difference in how I’m now feeling. I’m very grateful!

First, the Minute Clinic had easy online appt making and check in options. You could even join a waitlist. Second, when I got there , there were several others in the waiting area and I thought there might be a lengthy wait (which I wouldn’t have minded) and especially being a Sunday when regular dr offices are closed. . But they got me back quick. The nurse who took me back and got all my info was friendly and thorough. Then I got to see The Provider, the nurse practitioner. He was fantastic. Very efficient, great listener, empathetic. He educated me on the medication he was giving me too. Also, the pharmacy worked hard to have it filled within minutes. 5 star experience. Should I ever have another minor illness or something like that..Minute Clinic is where I’ll be. Way more convenient that dr office or other type of urgent care. I cannot thank the staff enough.
