They were efficient with the nurse seeing her first then the np, with no wait time.
No record of my shot was sent to me or my dr
My visit to the Minute Clinic was great. The associate taking my information and vitals was friendly and professional. The PA who cleaned my ears was fantastic. She talked to me while cleaning my ears and explained everything she was doing. She was friendly and pleasant. I would go back to the Minute Clinic again.
The provider was cold. Seems like she didn’t care too much about her job. Was also 45 minutes late to my scheduled appointment
Availability and helpfulness
Frustrated. Was given anti biotics for something that was clearly not bacterial- and it didn’t help. Practitioner didn’t prescribe items for a viral infection- which it was. The practitioner did not give caring vibes. The visit was a bit of a fail
The. Nurse practitioner was very thorough and explained my condition and what to expect. She was right on target, one day and the meds are working and my eye is improving!
I was very disappointed in my visit on 3/18/26. There was a swab test done in an expired vial that had to be discarded. I was prescribed meds for a condition based on a guess which appears to be wrong as the symptoms have not stopped.
The Dr was so kind and helpful, the waiting was a bit long but overall it was ok
