It was my first time using the Minute Clinic. I was pleasantly surprised by all aspects -- the privacy, the amount of space allocated, the equipment. Everything was very professional and set up for ease and convenience.
Did not take my concern seriously and brushed me off.
The practitioner that took care of me was quick, thorough and very kind. My prescription was filled very quickly, and I was on my way. Total time: 25 minutes from start to finish, you can't beat that kind of service in healthcare.
The caregiver was wonderful. I just needed some extra blood pressure medication until I have an appointment with a new doctor and after I jump through many very frustrating hoops trying to make that happen. My daughter suggested I go to the MinuteClinic and she was so kind to me of course my blood pressure was high because I had dealt with no return calls and long weights on the phone and she just saw me and checked all my vitals and gave me 30 days worth of blood pressure meds. I was so grateful.
Very good professional care
When I got home I got a message that they were sorry that I missed my appointment, but I didn’t miss it. Later on, I received another message that I had test results pending, but results were given at the appointment. If there were more results, I should have heard from a human. I had trouble logging in. Need more human communication. People at CVC were pretty adamant about not having any connection to staff at minute clinic, when I asked a simple question about whether or not staff was there yet
Prompt service and thorough review of my situation with quick solution provided.
It was an expedient process taking into account all possible causes which resulted in a solution that has me feeling better now post-appointment.
The Nurse Practitioner was very personable, professional and knowledgeable in evaluating my symptoms and giving appropriate medication.
