I had an appt and had to cancel it due to getting stuck at work. I tried to do a walk in and the computer told me I had to come back the next day. I started crying in the CVS and someone came out and told me my appt was cancelled. And then said they can see me. I’ve been very sick and having throat pain. I was give a strep test. And then told that I was not seeing anything in my throat like I had reported. And I didn’t have strep. And nothing further was done. I was still in pain. Still miserable an sent home. And I’m still sick. It felt defeating and like a waste of time and money.

The kiosk is misleading. When it says WAITING I thought it meant you had an appointment and want to say you have arrived and were waiting I found out later that is not what it means! As a result it bumped me out of my appointment that I struggled to add all details, including the darn link sent to my phone at the same time! Too confusing. Also I had to wait for another person ahead of me after I waited an hour for the doc and asst had lunch. Then they took someone before me who had just walked in. MAINLY the doc kept staring at her computer screen with no human contact or compassion to me. You have to sit about 5 minutes before you even get to talk or show the doc your problem.

I was seen in a very timely manner and the Nurse Practitioner was very helpful in prescribing me the right medication to deal with my horrible ear infection. It was extremely convenient for me to schedule online and be able to make an appointment on a Sunday morning. Thanks so much!

Timely appointment and I was treated quickly. A bonus was no copay with my insurance!

NP was terrific but the woman that checks you in was horrific. Felt like an inconvenience just being there and wouldn’t recommend this location with her being there

Both the nurse then NP listened to my concerns and questions. Then offered a solution that worked for me.

They welcomed me with a smile and were very kind. They explained everything clearly so it was easy to understand. I think I will continue to use their services.

Although I waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time, both the nurse and the PA were friendly and professional.
