Tech super friendly, helpful. knowledgeable and informative
I was able to get an appt early in the day and had treatment plan/antibitoic within an hour of leaving home. When dealing with a UTI quick treatment is important. The NP, The Provider was so compassionate, knowledgeable and professional! I was so glad I chose Minute Clinic over urgent care It was also less expensive
The nurse practitioner that I saw was wonderful and upbeat.
The technician was very thorough, professional and genuinely concerned about all my symptoms to be able to evaluate my condition completely.
I felt very comfortable with everyone from the Nurse who did the triage to the Nurse Practitioner. They were both extremely competent and compassionate and asked relevant questions that made me feel at ease during the visit.

I took my 89-year-old father to the Minute Clinic on Detroit Road in Westlake on 5/11/2026 to have ear wax removed. My father has advanced dementia and almost-total loss of hearing. The woman who did our "in-take", The Provider, was incredibly rude and condescending to both my father and me. She was abrupt and judgmental. She would not engage with my father at all, although he tried several times to talk/chat with her. It was an incredibly upsetting experience. It's terribly difficult work taking care of an elderly parent with advanced dementia and severe hearing loss. Her behavior to both my father and me, her nasty attitude and her sniping comments made for an awful encounter. By contrast, the nurse practitioner, The Provider, who actually cleaned my father's ears was incredibly kind, engaging and gentle with my father.
