I schedule my appointment online did not take too long to see the practitioner. She made me feel very comfortable. I Like the idea that it is not crowded with alot of sick people waiting thats why I chose the Minute clinic.

The Provider was very kind and informative
I knew I had pink eye. The nurse practitioner diagnosed it and treated it. She gave me a prescription. She was professional and courteous. And I love that you can sign up online and show up to your appointment.
Team onsite was great - was on time for the appointment. Appreciated both the 1st and 2nd (nurse practitioner) very thoughtful but I knew there was something wrong. I am sicker than when I went in and the Mucinex and Flonase did nothing. I needed a prescription or I wouldn't have bothered to go in. I will just go to the doctor in the future instead of wasting my time.
The Westlake, OH clinic is very nice and clean. I felt both healthcare professionals took care of me well and listened to my concerns when I was not feeling well.
It was easy to schedule a same-day appointment and the CVS is conveniently located near my office. I have used this clinic about 3 times before for these reasons.
Sick
The provider was fantastic. I checked in at least 20 minutes before my appointment time, and then someone who checked in after me got called right away, and I was still seen a few minutes late. Maybe that person arrived a few minutes late for their own appointment that was scheduled before mine, but it was so frustrating to sit there when the system had suggested that I could/ should show up earlier. Generally a good experience though.
