Everything was great! Convenient!
No wait time. Was seen at my scheduled appointment time. Provideri introduced herself. Listened closely as I explained my head cold symptoms. Reviewed my health history. Performed thorough physical examination. Prescribed antibiotics treatment. Explained why this treatment was recommended. Very polite and professional. Was able to pick up the antibiotics at the in store pharmacy within 15 minutes.
Quick in and out. Painless shot. The only problem was; I wanted to go to the Monroeville location, but it is closed due to staffing. If I didn’t work near the Allison Park location in the past; I would have gone elsewhere.
The NP was very caring and thorough. Providerara[...]cy was busy but remembered to call me when my prescription was ready
The prescribed medication worked well.
What's the point of doing all the pre-appointment check-in, when you have to furnish all of the info again (and ID with a picture)?
My nurse practitioner, The Provider was fantastic. She answered all of my questions and was very personable and helpful. Give that girl a raise because she is awesome.
The practitioners are always friendly and helpful.
Not what the website. Stated. The provider could not draw my blood. And still chsrged me 100 dollars for test she could not have done. She said i have to go to quest to have blood drawn. And they might charge me to draw it. WHY ? when i paid for the provider to do it .very disappointed in your services

People was nice, as I was little nervous but it was great.
