Our nurse was wonderful. Very kind, patient. Took her time with us and answered all of our questions. Best nurse we've had in a CVS minute clinic. Made the process so easy and informative.
The doctor was very nice, caring and informative about the issue I was having. It was easy to make the appointment, easy to check in, and the wait time was not long.

I had prompt, courteous and accurate service that addressed my issue.
The nurse was very thorough. I have no complaints about that. However, I made a reservation for 10:50 and waited about 40 minutes to be seen.
We didn't resolve my issue. But I was treated with respect and care was given to examine me and rule out other problems.
The Provider was terrific. technical. professional. listened. super helpful.
I had a lot of different things going on. I needed refills on some of my meds and had been unable to reach MDs. I also had a sinus infection and the NP ordered an antibiotic. The NP spent a lot of time with me making sure she understood all my requests. My Rx were available immediately after the visit.
The NP who treated me was so nice, professional, and there was something so comforting about her. So, the NP is who made the difference. Even though you’re out of my network, I trust her, and would come back if I needed anything, but only because of the NP.

There was some sort of a glitch in the system that never registered me as there. Instead of being seen at 2:30 I waited until 3pm. Normally, no big thing, but when you’re not feeling well each minute counts.
