Very nice staff and very professional.
WELL PLEASED
The visit felt rushed at this particular location. I usually have good experiences at my local CVS minute clinic. I have issues with sinuses and ear infections. I went in and all the NP said was your ears are too clogged to tell. Clean them out and come back if you need to. She did help me choose an ear drop but I wasn’t satisfied with the care. I had a similar issue before and the NP cleaned the ear and then treated me accordingly. I understand it’s a busy location but intentional care should be the standard.
Please educate providers on proper blood draw/phlebotomy techniques.
The triage was very disorganized but very polite. When I saw the nurse she was very dismissive of my symptoms first they said it was too early to test for flu and COVID as my symptoms had started the night before but tested me anyway. I let her know I had been taking over the counter meds and they were not working. She told me there was nothing she could do for me. I asked her about the meds I was taking to be sure they were appropriate she stated What do you want me to tell you? I concluded our session and went to another urgent care, where I found my ears hurt from an ear infection which she did not even check nor address and an upper respiratory infection that clearly could have landed me in the hospital as she knew I am immune compromised. I will be letting my insurance know these issues also and to not recommend this location in the future. I have been there before and had a great experience but not with this new Nurse!
Couldn't treatt what I went in for. Did prescribe an antibiotic in case of infection. I was expecting it to be more like an urgent care.

The clinicians were excellent. However, my visit required a urine sample. The bathroom used by the minute clinic is a public bathroom that was disgusting.!!!
