Practitioner The Provider was great! I give her a 10! The reason I scored the experience an 8 was there was a glitch in the scheduling with several people scheduled at the same time. I wasn’t seen until 1 hour after my scheduled time.

Great care and very easy to book!

The nurse that checked me in was kind and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner that diagnosed me was smart, kind and knowledgeable. There was very little wait, I was treated and on my way with RX filled in an hour. Good experience overall!

The nurse=-practitioner took her time with me and was very professional. She cared!

Waited less than 5 minutes to see NP. She was very professional and listened to my concerns. She asked me appropriate follow up questions and provided me with excellent care.

The Provider was very efficient at getting my vitals. Providerwan and [...] listened and prescribed precisely what I needed along with excellent counsel on the possibilities of what I would experience in the next week or so.

The reason I'm rating my experience so high, is because I couldn't believe the incredible lady named Providerwan who assisted me. She was so kind, compassionate and professional. CVS is truly lucky to have someone of her caliber working for you. I hope you treat her right. She was truly amazing.

It was a great experience and I felt that I was truly listened to and the NP wanted to find the best solution for me. Very helpful and easy to schedule and get treated!

I was able to get a same day appointment. NP was very professional and personable. I received a script and was able to come up with a next step to follow up with my specialist in Monday.

Hoping to squeeze an errand at the end of my work day, I pulled up Google Maps, looked up the hours for the closest Minute Clinic and saw it closing at 7:30pm. It was 6:15, so we rushed over to the location on 1008 SC-60. It said they take walk-ins, & we made it by 6:22. Struggled checking in but there was nobody sitting so I asked one of the assistants if she could help and she said they were closed already. That location closed at 6:30 (but it wasn’t even that time yet). In disagreeable from what was posted on Google Maps I explained why we showed up, and it wasn’t 6:30 yet anyway. Anyhow, they said another location 12-15min away was open until 7:30. So we headed that way, and after waiting in their lobby for a couple of minutes, a wonderful lady came to help. She said she was expecting an appointment shortly but she had time to squeeze us in. She was very professional and courteous. Complete 180 from the other store. You can tell she loves her job and treats people like human beings instead of trying to show them they are stupid, as they do at the other location when pulling up their location on a different app to show their hours said 6:30 vs 7:30 as I stated, then asked me to show them where up saw that time and then stating I was looking up CVS vs Minute Clinic, then I had to pull it up again to show them that it said Minute Clinic, location address, and time open… it was ridiculous.
