Little to no wait, the staff was great and the pharmacy had my prescription ready super fast!
The attending nurse was very efficient and personable
I was seen promptly.
If I need last minute medical help, I go to the cvs minute clinic
I came in with the knowledge that my allergies were turning into a sinus infection, based on symptoms and previous infections as this is a recurring issue. My input was disregarded and dismissed, suggesting over-the-counter medications and to return if symptoms worsened. Within 24 hours, the symptoms did worsen (as expected) and I cannot justify the additional $30, additional exposure to other illnesses (having two medically complex kids), to be dismissed again. In summary, I feel as though I wasted my time, energy, and finances during my latest visit. While the provider was very kind and professional, she disregarded my input and experience with this issue.
I moved into the Cleveland area approximately 3 yrs. Ago and have had medication issues which CVS always went above and Beyond to resolve for me. I would highly recommend CVS to anyone in this area.
I love the convenience of CvS minute clinic. A lot of time we can’t get into our PCP and I can always get an appointment at CVS. The doctors are very knowledgeable and we’re always comfortable. My kids even prefer to go to CVS over the PCP.
The Provider. The Provider took a lot of time with me to work on resolving my issue. Even made the arrangements for a follow up appointment to hopefully resolve everything.
The provider was making strange remarks that made us uncomfortable as she was oversharing personal information.
