The NP was professional but did not seem to fully take time to listen to my concerns or even take the time to look at the area of my concern. Communication was not great. I had to call back to understand plan of action
Excellent service - very professional.
Thorough, friendly, to the point
My practitioner was extremely warm and easy to talk to. She understood immediately that I had a definite problem that had come on quite suddenly. It was UTI, as I had assumed. But she went through all the tests, checked all my vitals, and was patient with me since I had to urinate almost every 3 minutes (and the urine was tinged with pink from bleeding), finally providing enough urine to allow her to complete her tests and confirm the UTI. She started me on medication immediately and the CVS pharmacy had the Rx ready for me within minutes. It has been almost 24 hours since I walked out of the clinic and my symptoms are already abating, allowing me to take walks, and go about my normal life. That is such a relief, not to be confined to being less than a minute away from a bathroom. Thank you.
The doctor was caring and very knowledgeable. She was open to our questions and provided very useful information about my daughter's illness. We are very happy with the care we received.
