Providerke[...]a The Provider np was excellent. She took her time with my issues. Explained everything n had excellent customer service skills. Very satisfied. Have never used a minute clinic before but would definitely use again if needed.
As a retired RN of 47 years, something I didn’t say when I was visiting the clinic, I noticed some areas that could improve. The NP used her stethoscope to listen to my heart sounds I suppose, but she left the stethoscope in place about half a second, so she wasn’t really doing a thorough exam. I had green/purulent nasal drainage, and still due today. When the NP looked in my nose, again for approximately two seconds,, she stated it was fine, didn’t see any drainage. I appreciate her prescription of amoxicillin. I think it’s important to do a thorough job on every patient, every time.
Treated very kindly and professionally.
Treatment was excellent but the antibiotic was VERY expensive. Even the pharmacy said it was not prescribed often and I should contact the prescribed. My husband had already left to get the meds

The Provider was a caring nurse who helped me during my Georgetown, Texas visit
