1 hour waiting for a confirmed appointment. NP did not know what she was doing - took my blood pressure incorrectly and reports Hypertension - I subsequently took my blood pressure when I retunred home to validate and it measured 113/72 as it has for decades - she had me hold out my arm below my heart and my legs were crossed - did it two times - my internist would be aghast. Second, did not listen to me - I told her my symptoms and previous diagnosis of similar symptoms - just needed to get a prescription filled that would take care of it and she subscribed ointments that were for dental ( internal mouth issues ) and that was not the issue. I want my money back - what a waste of time and she is dangerous
I wanted some ear wax taken out of my right ear. I experienced a lot of pain and the wax was not removed.
Wait times took too long. Had an appointment at 5 and didn’t get in till 5:40
I had an appointment at 6 and wasn't called back until 6:20. An individual who arrived after me was called back before me. It seemed like they were trying to clear all the walk-ins, but then why bother with an appointment? Also, the doctor chastised me for living in Central Texas while having allergies. Well, I'm sorry, but I work here and honestly, that's not your business. We don't all have doctor money to move wherever we want to.
My lady was super nice and helped me with where to getting the best price for the medication

Great physician
Both the in-take nurse and practitioner were kind, understanding, and accommodating when I required unexpected tests. I was dealing with genital-related issues and I never felt uncomfortable while undressed. Pain was unavoidable with my issue, but the practitioner did her best to not cause more than necessary and constantly checked in.
The Assistant and the Doctor were both nice and they were expedient in looking at my issues
