Providermi was absolutely lovely during my appointment and flushed out my stopped up ear completely to relieve the annoying experience I was having.
The reason for a 9 rather than a 10 was that there was no one there, the PA’s door was open and I still waited 10 minutes to be seen. The PA was on the room when I checked in
I needed a pre-employment drug screen. My "passport" that was printed did say Care Now and I went to CVS because it's my pharmacy and they have a clinic. That was my mistake.. However, the nurse looked over my paper carefully, commented that she had never seen one before but she'd be happy to "enter me manually". I thought she was going to take blood. She took my blood pressure, oxygen and listened to my lungs and charged me $109 and never mentioned it was for the wrong clinic and she wasn't giving me a drug screen at all. I had a deadline to get the test taken so I didn't have time to argue with her. She didn't mention or consider it was the wrong clinic and charged me for service not rendered.
It was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this provider and this CVS location. Thank you.
