Dr and nurse were very helpful and kind.

They actually care and make sure they check all possibilities. Just awesome staff

I really have never met a provider at Minute Clinic I didn't like, and this time was no different other than the fact that I especially loved The Provider/[...]. She was very attentive, helpful, and she made me smile on laugh despite the fact that I really wasn't feeling well. 10/10! Thank you so much!

The two employees that attended to the patients were unprofessional and did not care about making them wait. Per your website lunch hours for your staff is 1:30-2:30. Our appointment was at 3:40, and there was a hispanic gentleman with the appointment right before us. The two employees did not come out of the back area to check in the gentleman until shortly after 4:00. They did not apologize to any of us for keeping us waiting as when they came out, there were no other patients that came out while we were in the waiting area. One of them requested his ID to verify his information and found him in the computer. When she handed him his license, she looked at him and asked him rudely if his license was even valid. From what I could see, he was holding the newest version of the Texas license. He was finally called back at 4:15 and as soon as he walked out at 4:30, we were called back. This was not enough time between patients to sanitize the area.

I think she prescribed me something for allergies when I really had a sinus infection. I don’t like the medicine she prescribed me.

I have always felt confident with the information I was given, no matter the reason for my visit. I have dealt with The Provider on several occasions and she is always very thorough in her explanations and always makes sure you understand everything.

The medical assistant that saw me that day was amazing. She explained everything that she was going to do. She was very thorough asking all the questions. She answered all of my questions very patiently. I would definitely recommend everyone I know to go there
