I scheduled a visit for menopause treatment. The NP was great and thorough. My history and responses indicated I’m a good candidate for HRT. The NP wanted to validate the HRT dosage with her managing Doctor. She called me back later that day to convey that the Doctor was not comfortable providing menopause treatment so I would be denied treatment. This is a clear bait and switch on CVS’ part. CVS shouldn’t allow a patient to schedule for menopause treatment if your staff can refuse to provide treatment on personal grounds. It was a waste of my time and money and I would like a refund for this visit.

It was a good experience. I walked in, filled out the information on the computer and was seen right away. I was at the clinic for about 15 minutes. Then, I just had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for my prescription at the pharmacy.
