Nurse was thorough, professional and kind. I was very comfortable with her and was on my way in a reasonable amount of time. Could not be better!
My Nurse Practitioner, The Provider, was very kind, caring, and attentive. I also appreciated that the prescriptions she ordered were already ready in the pharmacy by the time my appointment ended.
I made the appointment thru CVS app, I say the nurse practitioner at my scheduled time, no wait. Received a very thorough exam, picked up medication and was on my way in 35 minutes. Much easier than trying to see a doctor in their clinic.
Having an attentive, knowledgeable, and informative healthcare provider made the visit experience nice.
The nurse/doctor wasn’t familiar with the location and didn’t know where the proper equipment was. She started the process of taking my blood with the wrong vial. Then asked to leave the room to go in the other office to see if she could find the right vial in there. I told her I preferred for her to stay in the room with me as my blood was filling the incorrect tube — she still left. She came back in the room empty handed and grabbed a different tube sitting on the counter. Changed the tube and proceeded to fill up a second vile of my blood. She was searching online to see if the lab would take that green topped tube since it wasn’t the one she was looking for either. I felt very light-headed leaving the facility.
I had a terrific experience from start to finish.
Great experience. The appointments went fast and smoothly.
I needed a throat culture. The Mjnute Clunic medical staff was prompt, friendly and very professional.

My dad has dementia and The Provider was very kind and patient with him. He needed to have his ear wax removed. And. she told him what she was gonna do and then check with him as she went along to be sure that he was OK very good experience.
