The practitioner made me feel at ease explained everything was sooo kind n helpful cuz it was my first time there n took the time to show me how to check in i wld recommend Minute Clinic to anyone

Thorough and expeditious!

I really like person there. She is very caring and listens to your situation. She also very thorough. She has been there the last two times I have been to this Minute Clinic. I recommend her highly.

The doctor is extremely thorough and efficient. I have seen her before and she does a great job. The problem that we had was that I have a twin sister and someone had merged our files so our medication‘s and allergies were all mixed up. That took a whole lot of time that didn’t need to have happened. I like the doctor very much. I do not however, like the CVS pharmacy. I had asked her to send my prescriptions to my normal pharmacy, but she forgot. She prescribed three things. I waited for them to be filled, and when I started to walk out, I realized I only had two, so I turned around and asked them what happened to the third one. The response was oh yeah, we don’t have that. My response was so when were you going to tell me that?. Sorry, he said. I forgot. So I asked him to send it to my Pharmacy, and he told me he could not, but they would have to call CVS. I was not happy.

The clinician was superb.
