Been going to minute clinic for 30 years for a b12 shots and other health issues and asking questions with the assigned nurses. They were knowledgeable, informative and always kind and helpful to me and I asked other people what their experiences were and they agreed getting the proper care they came in for. Some of the nurses even became friends. So keep the clinics running they are The Provider sent. Providers
The provider was excellent - friendly and knowledgeable! One piece of feedback - I don't think the schedule gives the provider enough time to keep up with appointments. For example, I needed flu/covid/and strep testing. That testing itself takes longer than the allowed window causing backups for the provider.
The medical professional was great, she listened and took good care of me. Thank you!

Very professional. I was there ahead of my apt and the took me in, not a problem.
The Provider was horrible. My appointment was to have ear wax removed and she told me to go to an ENT. She didn’t even want to check my ears. She told me to use to use Debrox although I had already done so multiple times. I had to insist and she finally did it successfully. She was lazy, rude and very unprofessional. I would never see her again and am telling everyone I know to avoid her.
The NP was kind and I was seen at my appointment time.
It was easy to talk with the NP.
