I appreciate the doctor. She had a great bedside manner. She was very kind and compassionate. She was prompted to ask me questions about depression, which ended up taking up most of the appointment. Which is not what I was there for.

Service was good, but the cost was much higher than I was anticipating. It would feel less of a scam if I could easily see a cost break down before even scheduling service. Rather than being stuck with a high bill after. Also wait time for my appointment was a little longer than expected. When scheduling it seemed like all time slots were being utilized, so I don't understand why there are three places for practitioners, but I have only ever seen one there at a time.
My NP was extremely knowledgeable patient and kind !!!
Whoever The Provider, DNP is shouldn't be working as a DNP at MinuteClinic. I tested positive for an STI. NEVER received a phone call about it or treatment options. Then I get an email from you guys telling me I have a new Visit Summary (and I didn't even visit today to talk about my results), then a text saying some medication is ready for me? What kind of patient care is this?
