The nurse I saw was wonderful. She was very attentive. Unfortunately my situation was “outside your realm of treatment. But the most frustrating part of the visit was trying to get you website to let me complete the registration forms. The only way it got it done was using the nurse’s phone as a hotspot. If would not open for me at home and the connection was even worse when I was sitting in your waiting room. If you are going to require those forms to be completed online you need a massive upgrade to you system.

Minute clinic is so much easier and faster than having to go to urgent care. I get the care I need in a place that can just fill any prescription and anything else I need right there! Staff is fantastic, they were able to diagnose me, prescribe me, got me flonase right there. I don't have a lot of time, so having to go to urgent care and wait for hours (even with an appt time I had to wait hours) makes me not get the care I need at all. Minute clinic is a godsend.
