Medical support was professional and friendly. They had computer system problems but didn't impact visit too much. They were not able to diagnose the root cause of my fever so could only state that I had some sort of viral infection. They did recommend follow up with my general practitioner which I will do.

I signed up online to get flu and Covid vaccinations. I had not been to this location for vaccinations before, and had never visited a Minute Clinic which is an anomaly in my experience. I found it very confusing when there is a sign at the pharmacy that says “check in for vaccinations here” to be directed to the Minute Clinic. Apparently it is not all vaccinations. When I was told to go to the Minute Clinic, there was no one in the area to check in with. It looked like a large bare area in the store. I had to ask twice how to check in. After being told to use a kiosk, I entered a confirmation number I found in an email I received but hadn't seen before my appointment. It said my appointment had been cancelled. About that time, a young woman employee stuck her head out of a door nearby. When I said my appointment had been cancelled, she said yes, it is our procedure to cancel appointment if someone is 10 minutes late. While she agreed to give me the vaccinations, she did so reluctantly. The sign outside the CVS says vaccination are available on a walk in basis. That is not true, as I was required to make an appointment. It is particularly annoying in light of the fact that my appointment was cancelled because I was more than 10 minutes late, in part because your email instructions were ineffective and your signage in the store was misleading. By contrast to my experience, when my husband walked in to get his vaccinations, about a week earlier, he got both at the pharmacy. I do not think using the Minute Clinic for vaccinations is a good practice, and I will not use the Minute Clinic again.

It is very frustrating that I received text messages and emails telling me it was mandatory that I complete pre check in paperwork with links that do not work, and simply direct you to the generic CVS site.

The medical provider was very nice but not helpful and the information she gave me was incorrect. I told symptoms and thought I had bronchitis. Was told my lungs were clear but I had an irregular heartbeat, may be going into afib, and needed to go to ER. Went to ER where I was diagnosed with Acute Broncitis.

I was pleasantly surprised by the thoroughness and professionalism of the NP's. One was being trained and it seemed to me that the computer was something of a challenge and slowed everything down. However I was very satisfied withe experience and would definitely come back.
