I visited due to being ill and not feeling well for over a week. The person who day me told me 1)I should get my thyroid checked because of my eyes being so big (I have naturally large eyes) 2) then proceeds to tell me I’m not sick it’s just allergies and to take some Flonase and Zyrtec!!! I was able to get into my doctor today. Who after 5 minutes of seeing me told me I have bronchitis and a severe sinus infection. Prescribed a steroid due to how bad my coughing is, and 2 separate antibiotics!! Had I listened to the person I saw and not pursued it further, I could’ve ended up the pneumonia, I will NEVER use minute clinic again nor will my family,
Made an appointment for 5:00 PM. Numerous people were taken before me, even some with appointments after me because they would be “quick.” Once there were no more people, I thought for sure it would be my turn…. Nope. Another couple came, and according to the doctor, they also had an appointment, so they were taken before me. Left with zero medication because I tested negative for the flu and strep, but clearly I have something! It is now Sunday, and I still feel horrible.
I had a really good experience. I have a lot of anxiety with doctors and the doctor was very kind and professional and made the visit comfortable for me. I really appreciate that
Professional courteous and quick service
This is the second time i went to CVS for my annual IGBR bloodwork for school and have to go elsewhere. Last year, they forgot to label. This year the store has no vials.
Seen on time, knowledgeable practitioner, problem treated thoroughly at the visit, clean facility,
The Provider was very helpful, kind and thorough. Her suggestion to wrap my contusion did cause significant swelling so that was not helpful.
I was happy and relieved someone to take care of my injury without sending me somewhere else. An ER wasn't really necessary for a minor injury.
The CRNP, The Provider (not sure of her name), was very kind and patient. I did not feel rushed and she took good care of me.
