The Provider was nice, sincerely concerned and removed a teeny piece of a splinter with ease and professionalism.

The Provider, CNP, was professional, kind, and superlative in every respect. The integration with the pharmacy allowed her Rx to be added to the one previously sent by our physician which the pharmacist kindly prepared during our appointment with The Provider. All in all, a tribute to the CVS Minute Clinic concept. While the Minute Clinic nearest us was not open for in-person visits, this one was 30-minutes away and an acceptable distance on a Sunday morning.
It cost too much. The appointment was 40 minutes late. The website crashed Everytime I tried to look at my results
The staff were extremely professional and thorough, and just as importantly, were good listeners. It's a rare occurrence these days. Most medical providers spend more time on their computer screens than actually listening to the patient. They took the time to make sure that I understood everything and that I was aware what to do next if symptoms persisted. Thank you for the great service you provide.
The practitioner was rude, did not accurately read my chart to understand why I was coming in for a sick visit. She is very heavy handed when it comes to administering tests and I did not appreciate her giving her opinion on the medication I am taking. That specific medication was prescribed by my cardiologist and had absolutely nothing to do with why I made the appointment. If it is possible, I want her to be blocked from seeing me again. I've always had positive experiences at any MinuteClinic I visit. This was unlike what I have experienced before.

My first appointment was fine. I needed a follow up that was scheduled in the clinic but when I showed up for the time sensitive follow up no one showed up for work and the clinic was closed. Will have to pay more money to repeat the process
