Experience was overall great Dr The Provider was very thorough and transparent just great overall.
I had a positive experience at the MinuteClinic. I was seen promptly, received an almost immediate diagnosis, a treatment plan, and I also enjoyed the visit. I will definitely return to this location for any healthcare needs.
Doctor explained all very well
Overall good experience. Only comment regarding the app and the online page, not working well. For me I wanted to book appointment for my child, entered her info but the system blocked it as app for me.
The bedside manner of the doctor was terrible. My daughter is very anxious about going to the doctor or any type of appointment. Her blood pressure was high and instead of giving my daughter a few minutes to calm down, he just continued to take it three or four times in a row. His bedside manner was rude and not professional.
i find the overall experience very pleasing. Easy to set up and change appointments, and there are always slot available for my schedule.
It was a waste if time came in with fly like symptoms they told me it was viral and couldn't give me anything I saw my pcp today and sure enough as I suspected I had a si us infection and was given antibiotics this was a total wast of money and time.
