Bedside manner needs to improve.
Doctor on duty, The Provider was amazing. Friendly, professional and caring! Pharmacy also got my prescription ready very quickly. Thank you!
Fast and professional.
My nurse practitioner (the Provider I think) was great, professional, and got me in and out in a timely fashion.
NEED TO FIX THE COMPUTER TO CHECK IN- WAS NOT WORKING THE LAST TWO TIMES I WENT THERE.
Providert was punctual and we got a positive test for strep A which was productive but the clinician was unfriendly and arguably rude. He insisted that my 13 year old daughter who's never had allergy issues developed strep throat from her awful seasonal allergies when she'd only felt unwell for 24 hours and only had a sore throat. In spite of telling him she's never had seasonal allergy symptoms he tried to prescribe 2 allergy medications even after telling him if she noticed symptoms we'd start with something etc.
I don't like leaving negative reviews. People have off days. However, I would never return to this caregiver because I felt completely unheard. There was no dialogue, just the proclamation of his findings, which turned out to be completely wrong. I have neve suffered from allergies. When I developed a sore swollen spot on my lower right eyelid that got worse over a 24 hr period, I knew I had some kind of infection. It was Friday, and not wanting to wait until Monday to see a doctor, I went to the minute clinic. The practitioner's was frigid, leaving me with the feeling What I knew about my own health was being discounted. When he told me I had allergies, I listened, but then I explained why my eyes appeared red (recent cataract surgery, chronic neck pain from 3 neck fusion surgeries in 3 years, including posts, chronic eye dryness, and a high dosage of daily hydrocodone). He dismissed my response with "these are my findings". He then offered me antibiotics anyway, which I took, and I simply ignored the suggestion I add Providerirt[...] to my daily regime. The eye infection became much worse before getting better, and if he hadn't been such a curmudgeon, I would have asked for an ointment to apply at night along with the drops I was given as did my PCP five years ago when no had the same infection. However, I didn't want to rock the boat and leave with nothing to treat my eye with over the weekend. It was just a wholly unsatisfactory experience that could have been great with a little "bedside manor" adjustment.
I know i had a sinus infection. In fact I told the nurse practioner. I needed an antibiotic. Im 66 years old, I've had many and I am intune with my body. She told me I had a cold and sent me off packing. Come back if it gets worse. Right this is how they get a second visit charge. I went to a real Doctor and sure enough got an antibiotic. These clinics are "DOC IN A BOX" USELESS
The meds that were prescribed weren’t called into my pharmacy, so I essentially wasted my time going. I was also told by the doctor that insurance had covered my visit and nothing was due. A week later I was charged $150 to my card in file. I would rather than say that I will be charged later than lied to.

The Provider has been absolutely wonderful from day one I came to minute clinic. It was because of him, that I found out about my cancer diagnosis. It’s been a journey the past year, but I appreciate that he listens and understands that I am very opinionated about my health and won’t just agree to anything. Sincerely, thank you to The Provider for caring and for helping me on this journey. I’ve lost weight and am getting my A1C under control. He also always ask how things are going with oncology which is nice. Not everyone understands how difficult and lonely the journey can be.
