Good
Providerha was so very helpful and kind with her support and follow up with my symptoms! I really appreciate her alls and voice messages letting me know the diagnosis and giving the feedback I needed! Thank you, I really appreciate you!!
The nurse was excellent, as she had an excellent bedside manner.
I feel like I was misdiagnosed. I went in for ear pain and was told I didn’t have an infection. The doctor was unable to look in my ear because it was so swollen and she did not have an ear scope that could see far enough into my ear. I ended up in ur care the next day and was diagnosed with an ear infection and prescribed medication. The visit was a waste of time and money in my opinion.
Unfortunately, I was misdiagnosed. I came in with complaints of chest congestion, tiredness and a cough and the doctor tested me for flu and nothing else. I wound up having to go to the emergency room and have RSV. If I would’ve known this during my visit, I would not have traveled out of my home state and then at the ER of a non-local hospital and also laid up in a hotel room for seven days.
Unable to diagnose condition. Not able to test for RSV. Never discussed potential walking pneumonia as a cause referred me to ER for further diagnosis. Had to ask what I could do to receive runny nose and congestion symptoms to get decent night sleep. I Just felt like there was a fear of treating me because of my age. I completely understand why doctors are reluctant to prescribe antibiotics but if available test have ruled out viruses then I think that prescribing an antibiotic should be an option offered especially if there are potentials of conditions like walking pneumonia.
I came to get my ears cleaned, the technician checked and see if they look clean so I didn’t get what I wanted. She said it may be allergies.
NP was very friendly and took her time to explain things for us…very comforting to my very shy teen girl. I was very impressed with her professionalism
The NP, The Provider is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind, thorough and an absolute gem.

Our appointment was at 4pm and the person inside let other patient go before us claiming there had been 2 appointments at the same hour. I have used minute clinic for years and there’s never two appointments at the same time. We checked in first and waited 50 minutes and the other patient came later. Just for clarification, vaccines are on a separate section, it was open so it was not that. I am just asking to respect appointments and walks in should be seen at then end not in between appointments.
