Waste of time and money. Went in with water in my ear and provider spent less than 10 minutes with me checking my vitals, and then prescribed ear drops. She refused to unclog my ears because it made "her nervous" and she didn't want to hurt me more.
The doctor we saw was amazing! She was extremely helpful and very polite. We have seen her a few times and she’s always wonderful.

The Provider, the nurse practitioner, was very personable. She commiserated with me, and wrote prescriptions to facilitate my healing.
